Put 16x8.5 Wheels On 92 325i.

I recently installed 16 inch Borbet five-stars on my 92 325I. The rear tires rub around hard cornering or over bumps. Will wheel spacers on the rear fix my rubbing problem?

16"? Doesn't sound they should be rubbing period... used

Have you done any other mod work that might affect your tires?

No. All my suspension is stock. doesnt the width of the tire matter more than the diameter of the wheel?

What is the wheels offset? You can run 8.5 wide if you have the right offset. Anything lower than 35 wil rub inside.

i have 18x8.5 and i have the same problem, spacers will make it worse u need a fender roll it will cost about 50 bucks a fender

what size are your tires.... rear can't be more then 245's

Yeah that was what i was thinking i would have to do too Serge.
i dont really know the offset thought. What is the best way to measure it?

From what I know you can use a ruler and measure the inside where the part of the wheel touchs the brake rotor to the lip. Someone correct me if Im wrong.
