I recently purhase a McCulloch HID kit.
What is the ideal place to place the Ballast and igniter in the engine compartment?
For the passenger side, I place the ballast by the postive battery box/cable (close to the upper right corner) because the secondary air pump hose in the way?
For the driver side, I place the ballast by the lower left bottom corner.
Are these idea place to mount the ballast?
All I am using is the double side tape/pad... How do you permanently attached the igniter and ballast? Are you guys drilling into the engine compartment?

El Presidente,
How are you mounting it to the washer fluid resevoir? Are you just using the double side tape? Are you using screws to permanently mounting it?
Same goes for the other side?
