Hi everyone, I have a 1994 325 IS BMW which I absolutely love and it has been a delight driving it. Any way I left my key on and the battery ran completely down, well I charged the battery and it will crank but wont stay running, please help!!!!

sounds like the alternator is bad

i second that. if you can get it to a dealership or another shop, they can do a charging test for you.

Since your recharged the battery, can you lock and unlock the car with the key remote?
When it cranks do you get any signs of ignition?
Can you test if there is a spark on the plugs?
Can you hear if the injectors are activating, or is there a smell of unburnt fuel after cranking it for a while?

Could be a "tired" relay... Definately electrical !
