Problem with my 1996 E32 328I

I got a problem when i start my car the check engine light and the brake light is on and as i drive the ABS and ASC light will come on and sometimes shut off in the middle of driving the car drives perfect so i have no idea what it could be also my factory amp is affecting my stereo sometimes when my stereo will turn on and the speakers will work for 3 seconds then shut off while the stereo stays on most of the time the speakers dont work. if anyone can help it would be awesome thanks

i did some looking on the site sorry i didnt look first but i found out that 1 of the codes i got for my check engine is a secondary air pump but the second is P1421 which is what autozone gave me however it is under OEM Brand : Volkswagon will that effect what the code is?
