I've got a strange and frustrating problem on my '94 E36 316 coupè:
As we all know, when you press the window-button all the way, the windows raises/lowers automatically.
On the drivers side, it only lowers automatically.
When I try to raise it, it goes up a few inches, stoppes and then lowers a few inches.
But it raises completely when I hold the button.
But then the point of "automatically" is pretty much gone, right...?
This also happens when I lock the car, and hold the key all the way to the right. (normally the windows would close, this only happens with the passenger side)
My conclusion is that the logic is broken, and I have to talk to my local dealer...
Any of you guys experienced anything similar?

i also have the same problem with my driver side window. It will go up about half way then back down and it does it over and over again and then sometimes it will work just fine. Whats going on?
Yeah, hmm. I was showing off to my friends when I first got the car. I left my window out and I get out to lock the car. I was like "oops I left my window down" then I turned the key and stood there. Then I said "I meant to do that" and rolled it up from the inside.
