popping out of 1st gear??

Hello, i'm driving a 320i e36 146.000 km's and sometimes 1st gear pops out. I have heard different things, like chance the tranny fluid, adjusting something or even replace the whole tranny Does anyone have an advice for me? The rest of the gears is fine even the 1st works fine most of the time, until it pops out.

Check the trans mounts, and engine mounts. The shift linkage may be worn as well (external to the trans).
But I fear that first gear is simply worn and you'll need to replace the trans, unless you have somewhere/somebody to tear it apart and fix it.

i had that problem with 2nd gear...i changed fluid and i dont have the prob anymore
