Plus Or Enhanced?

I ordered my zkw's DDE lights and should be shipping out soon. I just noticed that there are two options for the lights: PLus or Enhanced. What is the difference? Anyone have any pictures of the differences and what do people prefer?

The Enhanced:

OEM look like that in the 5 series, they use a larger diameter ring then the plus and it has a ribbed surface (yes like a condom). These look like OEM rings that come in the 5 series but are brighter. They run $249 installed. The enhanced is the package for those who want dde’s but want to retain more of an OEM look. (Think Madison Avenue)



The Plus: (what I have in my car)

Maximum bling for your buck and the brightest DDE’s available, these use a smaller diameter ring then the Enhanced but have slightly higher light output (isn’t that the point of getting them anyway) and retail for $209 installed. (Think Las Vegas)

I guess it's just what you like. As I was borderline on getting the rings, I wanted something that looked proper on a Bimmer. This mod is borderline ricey IMO, and I thought the Enhanced look classier.

shit I've had a few beers (6 or 7 with some friends watching football) but I don't think so. Sorry I'm just flatout tarded. why are your rings a little yellow? I know stock e39's have that yellow look to them. is that the enhanced color?

personallly i like the plus, that is what im going for , possibly next month im thinking of getting a set. my friend here in toronto has the dde lightning plus and they look soooooo sick.

I finally found my receipt and I ordered the PLUS package.. it'll do. either way I'll be more then happy

Hey Furious, I'd love to see some pics.

Through a bit of luck, I was able to try out a couple different DDE colors, as the pic below show. They are more white than anything, they just look yellow in the pics. I asked Matt to send the closest thing to oem. He did.

BTW, go Falcons tonite, go Indy tomorrow, and I don't think anyone will stop the Steelers
