Plugs with white corrosion?

I posted about if I had bad head gasket haven't done pressure test yet but pulled 3 plugs and they have white corrosion is that a good sign of a bad head gasket?

Thanks Torque but let me know if im going the wrong way here, i opened my hood and put my ear down in front of motor and could hear a little air leak, now im thinking that i have a manifold leak instead. If im getting some coolant in cylinders my plugs would look like its running lean which is what plugs look like and the motor would still run good if its just a little leak right? If its the head gasket it probably wouldnt run so good right? Let me know what ya think youve been a big help.
P.S. do you have one of those special links for a gasket kit to do the manifold, valve cover (ect.) and all other necessary gaskets to do the job?
