i have tried everything new battery all new fuses new key reader tried to pull start it that didn't work i need help! it was fine the night before went out with a jump box and nothing wont turn over wont make a sound all lights are good

The starter fusible link on the E36 is located about two feet away from the battery along the smaller power cable inside the trunk just before it passes through to the back seat. Check for continuity through that fusible link!
i know its not the starter that tested good and it shouldnt be the starter cuz we tried pull starting it behind a truck and would the fusible link still turn the lights and evering thang els on and if you pop the hood you hear buzzing thanks for the help
That could be a relay, check your fuel pump relay it is the first relay after lifting the second smaller cover under the fuse box cover on the left rear of the fuse box.
