PLEASE HELP ME IDENTIFY THESE COILOVERS - BMW Forum

as some of you may or may not know my 92 325i sedan was an heirloom to me. my father past away almost 2 years ago

and he left me his 1987 535i and his newly bought 92 325i. after having to sell the 535i to pay for the funeral and such i was left with the 3 series and parts my father received without me knowing

. so i was wondering if anyone could help me identify these coilovers so that i may buy some of the missing parts. also if anyone has a 1987 535i which they might be willing to sell in a couple years please do not hesitate to let me know.

they look like they are H&R, but i can be wrong...

I second H&R, at least all of the H&R springs that I have seen have looked just like that.

check to see where they came from, UPS box, call them up, and find out what kind they are. maybe thatll work.... hope it helps

if they were H&R's they would probablly be light blue and yellow, they might be kw because they are kind of purple, the closest i can find are these dropzone coilovers

can i ask why you have coilovers with no identification

i was left with the 3 series and parts my father received without me knowing . there is nothing on the box.

Jeesh, this is tough question. Personally I think they look like something from ground control. BUT they really could be anything.

What parts are you missing?

i was gonna say Ground control as well, but its hard to tell, they might be some no-namers

doubt they are H&R they would have it stamped on the spring. Im sure they are probably no namers from ebay or somesort.

those ebay no namers look like a pretty close match, but its really hard to say for sure what they are if there is no markings at all.

based on the ebay auction, looks like you got some sprints or whatever.
