plasma dials

Hi im new here, i currently own a 325i coupe and decided to spend a bit of cash on it. One of the mods i will be doing is plasma dials. Has anyone fitted these? are they a nightmare to do? is there a guide anywhere because mine never came with instructions.

from what ive heard, if you get a cheap pair, they really look tacky and very cheap. what are good one? well i have no idea, ive never considered them. i assume they arent too hard to put in.
