I've been looking at a 1994 325i with 137,000 miles for $5000, my dad wants me to have a reliable car for college, and have some basic questions.
1. Is this a reasonable price for an e36 with this many miles on it?
2. How reliable are these cars?
3. How difficult is installing an aftermarket head unit?
4. How quick are these cars stock (quarter mile times)?

Get yourself a ford fiesta, you'l have more money to burn up on clubbing and pulling ladies like your supposed to do when your at college.
137k is a lot... it depends on the previous owner.. how well he kept it.. ect
just for your knowledge! bimmer parts are exspensive! so if somthing goes wrong.. then your going to be paying a lot of money!!
these car are extrmely reliable if u take care of it!!
the 325.. comes with a I6.. with i think 185 HP... i think they fun like a high 15 in the quarter mile!
head unit is prolly the easiest thing to do...( order headunit from crutchfield.com .. and they send u a free wireing harness.. U NEED THAT)
