Passenger window won't close completley

I have a 1994 325ic with a hardtop. My passenger window has two issues:

The first issue, is with the hardtop, the window won't close all the way. It stays maybe 3/4 of an inch open.

When the convertible top goes down, the window also won't go up past half way - the motor has to be removed and it has to be pulled up manually before it will work again.

Also, if it has anything to do with them, I don't think the door sensors work. No lights go on when the doors are open and no dinger. The windows don't drop by themselves either.

Any solutions?
