Passenger Window Problem...HELP!

The window was not going up correctly (it was going up uneven), so I took the door apart to find that the clip that slides back & forth was broken. So I replaced the clip and it seems that the window is off the guide rail on the hinge side of the door and I can't figure out how to fix it.

Did you press the ball of each regulator arm by hand into the socket of the slider with sufficient force until you heard a loud click similar to the sound of tapping glass with the edge of a coin. The sound is unmistakable (and a little scary) but that signifies the arm is properly locked. If you simply press the ball in and it LOOKS like it's in, it's not. The loud click is critical. Listen for it.

Yes I did, but like I said the window is not in the guide rail on the hinge side of the door so when you put the window up it pops back out. I just need to figure out how to get it re-aligned. This is convertible, if it matters.
