torx screws are located under tabs behind the interior handle...the pannel pulls off after that, use a screwdriver or if you have the luxury you can use a large serparation tool. be carefull when you take it off, do it slow as to not break any of the clips

I guess maybe buy some extra clips before the job, apparently they are pretty easy to break...I have to do this in a few weeks to replace Drivers side door actuator
