Pass. Window Problem

when i lower my passenger window in my 92 325is 122k mi. it goes down like 3 inches then stops i then have to lower again and it keep going down at 3 inch increments.

another problme i hav is my trunk it doenst close if u were to go to my trunk and lift right now it would pop right up effortlessly. i tried turning the key while it was closed pushing in the key lock but nothing works. any ideas?

also im looking for a passenger side fog light and cover also. know a good place or someone who is parting out?
