pass side sits lower??

I've read somewhere that the passenger side of RHD e36's sit lower, supposedly to compensate for a solo-driver. Anyone can confirm this?

Proud new owner of a E36 328i with less than 90k

I know for a fact that my E36 M3, left hand drive, sits lower on the right than on the left.
