part not working

i have a 1997 BMW 318i. The box on the dash located directly under the radio that controls the heat and air has stopped working. Does anyone know the name of this box and the best place to find one

Simple electrcal fault then... Drag them out and chase the wiring... Strange for both to fail -So gotta be a wiring/fuse fault ;-)
