I know this has been asked a million times but please don't give me any sh*t -- the search feature does not work...

Where can I find the paint code on my car???

It's on the driver's side Strut Tower under the hood.

It should just state the name of the color... That's all mine says, anyway.

hey idont know if u will read this but if u want to paint theWHOLE car again, then do it, but if u want to paint only part of it, stay away from the paint code. Since that was the color of the car when it was brand new, now the paint changes color, it kind of fades. so whatu do is get ur gas cap thing off,and have someone match it with a machine for u..

Really you think it is faded that much??? Is that what the body shop would do if they were repainting just a door?

I am painting only the mouldings....

I was just going to order a spray can from paintscratch.com...

if it is a whole door, yes. if it is like a hood or a fender, which i have seen, then no match it.. if it is a significant part to the car with the original paint on either side, it is noticeable.. i dont know, i mean if u match the gascap it doesnt hurt.. sone NAPA's do it
