i have one touch window closure. i think this applies to the sunroof too, though when i depress the button and feel the second click of the button, the sunroof doesn't autoclose. can i replace the button/button mechanism (for about $50) to fix that or is the problem on a bigger scale? thanks in advance...

You have to keep your finger on it becasue it's a safty feature so you don't close it on your head. That's what I've heard anyway. I've come across articles about rigging it to auto close but can't remember where.

Umnitza has the one touch rigging kits, I think they were $25.00 per unit. Ask Matt @ Umnitza if he has any more in stock, the kits are only for 97's on up. They're not on the website but he does have them.
