First time in my life that i have to do with headlights. Can someone help me? What are all these accronyms i see?

OEM
H1, H7
5800K, 6000K

Can someone give me a quick rundown of what i need to know when i look at these things?

And what are ellipsoids, projectors ans xenon upgrades http://www.m3motorwerks.com/products/descr...php/II=109/PA=0 i was lloking at this website

OEM-means original equipement manufacturer
H1 and h7 - are a bulb sizes
5800k and 6000k- are how bright HID's are rated on a scale called kelvin.

an what is the difference between ellipsoids and projectors and whatever else is there?

ellipsoid refers to glass lens projectors are used for HID's they are called projectors because... well they are ment to project the light.

dont be confused by thinking the 5000k, etc is a brightness scale.. its actually a light "temperature" scale which refers to the actual color of the light, not how bright it is...
