Offsets

Hi all, i need some help with offsets. I am trying to find out what the largest size offset i can get. my aim is to get the rims sitting flush with the guards front and back. the rims im looking at sizes are front 18x8 and rear 18x9 or 9.5.

+35mm to +45mm or whereabouts.

will something like +55 fit on the rear and +40 on the front?

+40 in the front definitely works
+55 in the rear most likely won't, even with spacers

Thankz. I just got an email from the company that are custom making the rims. and they said they gave me these sizes. Front:18x8 +38(60mm) Rear: 18x9.5 +38(86mm) The rears are deepdish. Will this work? Will the guards need to be rolled?

If you are having the rims custom made, then be sure to check with teh shop and have them assure you whether the wheels will work. If you can, gt a higher offset on the rears (stick within the max of 45mm). You have need to have teh fenders rolled, but that isn't a big deal.
