Offset?

on a 1992 325i what rim offset should i look at so i don't have to do any fender rolling. Will a 35 be okay?

35 will be ok. Run a search for it. I think anything between 35 and 45 is good.

That sounds right to me too. I am betting that if you did a search here or on the internet you could find the answer(I have to go to work or I would look it up for you). You can also call someplace like Tirerack.com and I am sure they would tell you what you can do. Might check your manual too it may say something.

I think 38 is the smallest number I've seen for wheels. My stock wheels are 47. If you look your wheels around the BMW logo, it will tell you the width, diameter, and offset. Mine reads 7J X15 IS47. It's a 7" wide, 15" wheel with a 47mm offset. If you go with a 7.5", 8" or 8.5" wheels, the offset will be different. Maybe someone here can explain how to figure offset, makes my head spin.
