Odometer On Cluster Guage Not Working

Hey guys, appears when i bought my 95 BMW 325i, the odometer was not working.. Title to my car says 123,110 miles (eff 6/1/04).. That was 5 months ago, so i estimate there to be around 130,000.. I am thinking of taking it to the BMW dealership who is graciously going to charge $75 just to look at my cluster.. But was curious if anyone besides the BMW dealership could fix my cluster and program my mileage to around what it should be?

the clock on the onboard computer is not working either, but im not very worried bout it, i have a watch.. but the rest of the computer works just fine.. curious if anyone has every had a issue with this

theres a sensor going to your differential. its like in the center. u cant miss it. that thing is probably broken. but your mph dial shouldnt be working either if thats the problem

hey thanks for the reply.. the speedometer and everything else on the cluster works just fine.. Just not the LED for the odometer.. I'm taking it to a european repair shop here in town and having them look at the following:

Transmission
U joints
Cruise Control
Odometer
Fix a oil leak on the engine

Plus they do 110 point inspection in general.. Think its like $50 for them to just look at it..

yeah, hopefully it's just a bulb.. Ive never drove or rode in a BMW before, so I dont want to be messing around in there and screw something up.. I'll just let a mechanic check it out..

Midas offered to check it out for free.. But I got this place thats going to check out everything..

And I guess if they can't fix it, I'll have to go to BMW
