Odd Fan/heating Problems

Alright my heater/fan used to work fine before, but anymore it is going psycho! Sometimes when its on the digital display will flash on and off and the sometimes eventually it will completely go off where you can see any lights or anything and you cant turn anything on at all. Then sometimes when its on and i go to turn it off, it comes right back on without even hitting anything!? I dont know if anyone else has had this problem or not, any help would be great. I thought it might be just a bad fuse or something, but maybe its more!

Is that an expensive or non expensive fix? Is that just kind of a guess or have you had that problem before? thanks for the info!!

So i guess thats a cheap way to bypass not having to buy the 100 dollar final stage unit, might just have to buy it anyways, well anymore posts would be great on this thanks!
