Not happy with UUC Motorwerks !

Has any one delt directly with UUC Motorwerks ? If so how was it.
At the moment I'm very PISSED . 1 1/2 weeks have passed since I spent $2500 worth of upgrades and have recieved nothing. I have contacted them several times to check on the status of my order and every time I get the same answer....We have them ready to ship and We're waiting on this or that. These are the things I ordered.

Conforti CAI $349
Shark injector $349
UUC System U DTM exhaust $690

Stage 4 suspension with swaybars $1049
transmission support bushings $70
Short Shifter Evo3 $350

I would think that if someone layed down that much cash that they would be serious about getting the products to them. They were quick to yank it out of my account though. Not sure what to do. I even told them send me what you have if anything That is backordered send it when you get it.

1 & 1/2 weeks is not a huge amount of time...but i'm sure you want your goodies yesterday but try to be patient...If you paid by cheque or credit card why dont you speak to the cc company or your bank and cancel the payment...tell UUC that you will be happy to pay for the transaction in full when you receive the goods...you are within your rights especially if "long distance selling rights" apply in the USA like they do in the UK

Thanks that was going to be my next option after I call them today. If they don't give me a tracking # for the parts I ordered.

The funny thing is I ordered a whole brake package from Turner Motorsports and within 3 days all products were on my doorstep.
I also ordered a complete M3 front end/spoiler and same thing 3 days bam on the doorstep.

get your money back, order it from turner/bavauto, or get your mechanic to order it

Also, the send what you have option is not viable for UUC...most distributors will save costs by waiting for all ordered items before sending to the end user...saves them re-packaging and delivery costs!

I usually find that nowadays if I order online or over the phone and it takes longer than 5 working days to arrive, 10 if from overseas, that there is a problem and you could be waiting much longer.

Tell them that you understand that there is a problem and unless they can guarantee you a delivery date by such and such a date that you will cancel the order...this usually has two effects...1. they send stuff because they need the custom or 2. you will find a better, more reliable supplier

Well it seems after talking with them yesterday, they have filled the order and shipped today , We shall see. So far it shows it's been shipped on my order.

Good luck with your order. Don't be too optimistic though. I waited an entire month.. i always heard "In 2 days... in 2 days.. yadda yadda".. I cancelled a month later.. even then.. it took 1 week and several tries to get them to actually cancel it..

I for one will never go back to UUC...

for the parts you got, you should have just gone directly to the distributors.. or gone to a place like eurospeed or ecis.... or for those UUC specific parts, tried a different company...

personally, i'm a huge fan of Rogue Engineering now.... customer service is top notch.. i must have called them a billion times when I was preparing to install and then finally installing my ssk..

Well checking on my order online says it's shipped although when I check tracking Numbers at UPS it say invalid #, so I also checked at Fedex same crap invalid #. WTF ! We shall see.
