i getting my first car and gana b a bimmer 1998 328i sedan but im looking 4 parts and cosmetic parts 2 and everything on the web is not complete can someone send me links to website where they buy there parts or phone numbers or tips on what to buy also looking for aftermarket parts and guides

If you want parts like an M3 bumper, I would get it from DDM Tuning. The shipping can take a while, but the bumpers are really good for the price. They also sell headlights, sideskirts, etc.
