So i've heard this noise only 1 time before... its coming from the rear left wheel but i can't figure it out... only at low speeds - sounds like someones bouncing a tennis ball or something... hmmm any ideas?

Faulty sidewall on tire? Try swapping tires front to back to see if noise goes away.
