No Power To Radio, Fuses Fine

I have a 96 328CI with the factory radio/cd changer. I've blown 2 #9 fuses in the last 2 weeks, then today (after replacing it just yesterday) lost power again. I replaced it (and the #44 fuse) again with 20A and 10A fuses respectively and still have no power to the radio. The computer works fine, as does the A/C, wipers, and everything else.

Any ideas on what to check next would be much appreciated.
