No more speeding fines?

I have heard at the radio today that there's a new weapon against radar photo fines! The only thing what to do is to spray your lisence plate with 'Photo Blockers Spray'. Can someone who have experience with this tell me if this is really good stuff? Here is a site with some (dutch) information: http://www.anti-radar.nl/

I have never heard of the spray, however I know there are liscense plate covers that blur the plate's image. The cameras that take these pictures have an extremely small shutter speed. That way, a moving car will not be blurred toobadly. The downside of this (for them it's a downside anyway) is that these liscense plate cover's spectrum is so small that even the slightest blur will be accentuated and will actually cover up the plate enough to where it can't be read in the picture. I'm not sure about this spray, but the covers work.

The spray only works at night when the speedlight cameras use a flash to take the picture.
All the spray does is make the lisence plate VERY VERY reflective, so when the flash goes off, all the camera see's is a white blurr.

These methods of obfuscation are semi-illegal and could get you into more trouble because you are intentionally evading a ticket.
