Just wondering why you would fill them with 100% nitrogen?

I didnt quite catch that, what happens if u fill the tires with nitrogen, i havent ever heard about it, if someone will explain it will be greatly appreciated.

its actually only 95% or so nitrogen, the benefit being the tire pressure doesnt go up and down as the tire gets hot/cold.

couple other benefits too like nitrogen having larger molecules so they lose tire pressure more slowly over time then regular atmosphere.

Boyle's gas laws apply equally well to Nitrogen as they do to the atmospheric mix. Surely the pressure does in fact vary with temperature.

thanks for the compliment guys its actually the first set of rims i bought for myself. first time i saw it, i knew i had to buy it for my e36

as for nitrogen, it basically makes the ride softer and not too stiff. i'm riding on 18's with race springs. so i had to offset that with nitrogen. by nature, it also applies to Boyle's Law. but its characteristics make it less affected by temperature changes. that applies to its molecular structure

as for the rubbing, it actually did on the rear. so i had to "shave off" the edges of the inside of the fender. very minimal. but it solved the rubbing problem. you wouldn't even notice it was done unless someone told you about it

they actually look like Breyton Spirits they're from Italy. a Philippine manufacturer of magwheels called Rota brought them in. abroad, i have no idea how you could purchase them. yikes! hehe!

The advantage of using Nitrogen as the inflating gas is that it is inert. Air has Oxygen which causes things to "oxidize." This weakens the rubber.
