This is my first post here, but anyway. I just bought a 1997 bmw 328iS 2 door coupe, black. This is my first bmw and I just wanted to know some of the specs on it, and if anyone else here owns the same year and model? I wont have the car for another day or two and I can't wait to see how the car handles and performs compaired to my old 1993 integra. Any thoughts, comments, and opinions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to LIFE!!!!!!!!! haha you will definately not be dissapointed by this BMW. I have a 97 328is with mods, and it has it all. Faster than cobra's on the quarter mile, faster than anything in braking, and faster than G-d himself in the turns. haha you're old integra was a matchbox car compared to this ultimate driving machine. ENJOY. by the way, if you have any questions about modding or the car in general, i know pretty much everything about this car. It's my baby!

your modified 328is is faster in the qtr mile than a cobra? I'd like to see your list of engine modifications...

your probably thinking of the 4.6ltr GT

98' SVT Cobra: 305 hp/ 300 ft-lbs. tq/3,300 lbs...

im no ford fan but id really be interested to know what you have done to your 328is to beat the cobra...
