New 328i Auto 1996 owner. Few questions please I would be grateful for advice on.

Hi all

Firstly, seems like a great forum. I have been a member of the MKIVSupra forum for many years but sold my Supe for something more practical, still with the power of course. I recently purchased the following car for £1,500.

BMW : BMW 328I SE SALOON AUTO NOW REDUCED !!!!!

It's in very good condition and everything is pretty much spot on, I just have a few questions please.

1. The heating system does not appear to be working. It blows hot and cold air out of the front window vent (demister) but not all the other front passenger/drive vents. Doesn't matter if I turn it on full and hit all the switches, nothing happens. Any ideas on what I should check please?

2. What air filter or induction kit could I easily put on the BMW? Was thinking of a K&R one, but might be too much hassle? I intend to keep it as stock as possible with just a few subtle exterior mods.

3. Angel eyes. Where can I purchase these from and is it a stright swap? I'm UK based.

4. Radio/Cassette: I bought the following new CD/Ipod player and would like to install in substitute of standard audio equipment - do I need anything else like a wiring harness or DIN/Fascia plate?

For the heater: very likely needs a new heater core (like a mini radiator found in the dash behind the engine bay firewall). When you look for angel eye headlights, you'll wanna be sure they are UK spec, with the dip beam being on the (left) curbside. Many makers make US spec with the dips to the (right) curbside.
