Need tie rod end, thoughts on other parts?

I know I need one tie rod end. And of course an alignment.
But I was thinking about putting in Solid Bushings Control Arms Kit.

I found a kit that comes with Control Arm Assembly, Tie Rod Assembly, Control Arm Bushings( CENTER SOLID BUSHINGS) and Sway Bar Links

Is it worth the extra time and money to do it all?

If your gonna be doing suspension parts then doing it all at once is usually more cost effective. Anytime you replace suspension or steering components you need to do an alignment. It's most cost effective if you DIY it.
