Ih , i got my hands on this from a local trade , and i dont have the software for this

does anyone around have it , or knows somebody who has it, cant find no info on

this , and i want to modify my 328 from scratch ,supposedly this is for flashing and

or modifing euro cars , here is the actual image , any help will be greatly apreciated,
