What color is your interior? I will have a black headliner from a 95 M3 with sunroof in a few days when I finish dismantling the car. I know that shipping is a bit expensive though. Where are you located?

I think its called dove grey its a light grey that looks good with black or dark blue but a black head liner is too much black.
