need a part

My trunk light doesn't work. Unless you make sure its grounded. The part that is designed to do this is non existant on my car. I found the ground wire but the actual part has been taken off the car. I need to know what the name of the part is and possibly where I can get it at.

If all it needs is to be grounded, just splice a lead with an eyelet onto your trunk light, and run it to any nearby bolt.

I bought some parts recently from pelicanparts.com and bimmerzone.com

To find the name, and.or part numbers I would try looking on realoem.com.

And if you just need to ground it I completely agree with what LtcOliverNorth said.
