Need lots of help - ECU, wiring harness advice

Ok if anybody can help...
I just bought this 92 325is

It's got a 2002 m3 body kit. Nice lil car for a 20 year old such as myself.

So here goes the problem, the car is a 92, i bought if off the autotrader from some guy. The car feels kinda laggy when I press the gas, I had somebody drive it and they said it is definiatly missing alot of power it should have. And sometimes when I try to turn the car on, the engine won't turn over, it will just churn and churn. I brought it to the bmw dealership they told me the car has either a 93 or 94 engine in it. So i've been told i need to change the ecu to a #413, and change the wiring harness.

So can anybody help with a #413 ecu and/or 93-94 wiring harness.

Or if anybody has any suggestions or had this problem as well...

So you bought a regular 3 series with an M body kit, with messed up E46 side vent things? or is it an actual M?

Yeah it's a 92' 325is. It came with the 2002 m3 body kit, I dunno which side skirts those are...they look aight though...I took off the m3 badges that you see on the grill, the loser before had them on.
