need help with speakers

i have lost my sound from my speakers but have sound from my sub and cant find the problem and dont know what else to do

Have you tried pulling out your head unit and checking to see If the wires on the harness are still bound together?

Check the wiring from all your speakers, and the wiring running to the amps and subs. With my E36, when i disconnected one component of the system the rest would stop working. The speakers have a small connector on the rear of them
