Need help please!!!!!

Hello everyone,

This is my first time on this site. I like bmws alot and have an important question about one that I am looking into getting.

I am looking at getting a 2000 328i 5 speed with 151xxx miles.

The only problem is that is has a rebuilt title.

The owner says that it was because it was stolen, from the previous owner. Says it has a clean carfax but doesnt have a copy of it.

Im not buying it but more trading it for another car I have. (1995 acura integra with 86k original miles)

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with what to look for and if it is worth it or to stay away from it.

Or any other comments or concerns I should have.

To many miles for 10yrs and what kind of miles also rebuilt registration,half one car and half another? Nahhh

I am not sure the other guy is thinking but a 2000 BMW for a 95 Integra dose not sound right. Meaning to good to be true. is the title in the persons name that is trading the car? Is it registered? how many mile on the tach when it was rebuilt? That type of thing is what you should be looking into.

Hey Donny, I'm with frozen rebuilt title is body sections, I know my daughters Mazda had the rear clip from another junker and thats the only way to go. if the front clip was replaced,theres too much to go wrong and deadly..stay away from it

I would stay away from this one.
You never know what's the car history is, plus it has a lot of clicks.

That Acura will be a collector car one day, and it's more reliable. Buy a BMW project car outright, and keep the Acura for your DD. My 2cents!
