Need Help With Mirrors

I have a 92 325i and im trying to install an after market pair of mirror they fit the holes where the original are but the problem i have is that the new mirros they have 3 wires but my bmw has 4 wires does any body know how to fix this cuz i tried difrent convination and i get to work then but thay dotn work the way are suposed to work if they go down wont go up or left wont go right

i got them form ebay
they have l.e.d and r nice but cant work the miror

were there any pictures of these mirrors on the ebay auction or no? also can you take some pictures of the wires and upload them here so why can help you further?
