Angry Need Help! Idle problem

New here, but having major issues with my 2000 323i

Driving like normal, stop at a red light and my idle will be ok.
After about 30 seconds it dips down fast just a little bit and i can feel a bit of a shake in the pedal. Then it's normal for a few seconds, then dips down again.
Also when I accelerate it's rough like chugging forward a bit, shift is a bit rough as well, and not as much power as it usually has, especially up a hill.
I have cleaned out the ICV, the O2 sensor has already been replaced, already did the spark plus, I am pretty sure the coil's are good, and cleaned the MAF.

I am at a loss of what to do, it's been acting like this for a little while and only over the weekend did the check engine light come on.

I ran into a problem on my 325i where It sputtered on the low end..... this is where the load is greatest on electrical. I changed out valve cover gasket since two of the plugs were floating and two of the boots. I changed out coil packs since I heard that could be the source.... still had same problem. Then I checked pricing from Bavarian Auto and got 4 more boots at half the dealer cost.... changed them and taaa daaa. No low end sputter. I went from 19.3 hwy to 25 hwy mpg.

The true answer is it could be a number of things..... vacuum / intake leak. Chances are it is electrical. To check vacuum leak around the intake, spray carb cleaner around where it bolts to the block while it's running and if you get an increase in idle, you have poor seal of the intake..... a much more rare problem than boots.
