| in all likelihood, that would be the steering lock actuator, or a broken part of it.
in practice, you don't change that broken piece. you acquire the whole steering lock assembly, match it to your ignition key; and re-assemble. I think it will come out cheaper for you this way; more so if you have salvage yards near you... or buy online
