Need Help Identifying a Hose Leaking Coolant

Hi fellas, I'm not too mechanicly inclined as most of you, with that being said my 95 318ti is keeps overheating. I found the topic to bleed it and fix the airlock but it is actually leaking coolant and keeps overheating when the car sits running. I found the source of the leak at the driver side- there is a hose that from behind the radiator to the outside up. One end appears to plug in a type of swith on the back end. It is a hose with a flat c shaped wire inside. On the front end the hose transforms into a hard wire and runs staight up. Any ideas what the hose is called or if it's easy to remove to fix. I apperciate anyones time. Thanks!

problem solved. Wrong wire , just appeared to be leaking. Radiator hose had pressure cracks all through it leaking air/coolant. Easy fix but still slightly smoking.
