need help buying car, what do you think???

Hey everyone, new here on the forums. I am considering buyin a e36, but I wanted to find out what the reliability on one might be. I am currently looking at one it's a 94' 325is, 5 spd, clean title, has a check engine light on, but its from the guy having a ghetto intake job done, he didn't hook up the mas sensor. the e- brake didnt work, new clutch and about 220k the guy is asking $1700 for, I think it's not that bad of a deal it doesnt need much to get in pretty good shape. my biggest concern is the mileage? but I just wanted to get other peoples feed back, any would be great. thanks

Welcome to the Werkz. I'd be inclined to get a trusted mechanic to look it over, as you would with most cars of that age.
