Need help with alarm arming

I was wondering that is it possible to arm the alarm without the remote like with the master key, i have the keyless entry system but i dont have any remotes to work with it, so temperarily can i arm the alram with the key is that possible.

My central locking system shuts all the locks when i turn the key from drivers side but there is no chirp heard, so is it possible.

im sure its possible... but how to do it, i havent a clue...

If it's an aftermarket alarm, those almost always require the key FOB to arm/disarm. The factory one would allow you to do it with the door lock but I haven't heard of an aftermarket type that would.
