My viper alarm won't lock my trunk..

Hey guys, I've got a 95 325is with viper alarm (keyless entry) 2 buttons on the remote..everyting was fine until last week... When I got out of the car and lock it with my remote, all doors are locked as usual, but the trunk won't..I mean I can still open the trunk by press that little lock button on the trunk lid... Then it sets off the alarm... I'm pretty sure the viper alarm I've had locks all doors and my trunk.. So I've checked the fuses and they seem fine..Could anyone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it? or How to reprogram it? if it helps there is a number on my remote: FCC ID: EZSDEI490

Having same problem with factory installed alarm, trunk lock stopped working recently on my '95 325i. I found a broken wire in the trunk wiring harness that everyone says to check out, soldered it together, but nothing. I have no idea what the broken wire was to, blue with grey stripe. I hope someone has a fix for this; hate locking the trunk with a key.
