Question my turn signal

my turn signals work left and right on the dash only the left lights up, i cant hear the right side nor see the right side blinker but when i get out the car i can see their working...is it a fuse or something with the cluster and i noticed my lights around the heat control are inop aswll....does any one know something that can help me out to fix this issue

so the actual light for the right turn signal doesnt work on the dash but the light works on the exterior of the vehicle?

yes and u can hear it as if its working but it doesnt light up, the rest of the cluster is ok

The bulb probably burned out,if not the blue brown wire brings juice to the bulb and the board is ground
