My poor car update

So my car now has the fuel filter and O2 sensor fixed.

My current issues
leak wich may be oil or atf
humming sound(like when pushing an off RC car) related with turning(might be from low atf) but only at a slow or turning take off
leak in the passanger side weather stripping.
fog lights dont work(dash fog light indicator doesnt light up either)
shocks are going bad
sun roof doesn't work randomly then works a few minutes later
falling headliner
ac condenser was broken in accident of previous owner
needs a full brake tune up.

I know I'm looking atleast $1000 worth of work. I have been thinking of maybe trading it in for a newer BMW under $9,000 3 or 5 series. But the arguable side is its a 200hp 318is with LSD....... is it worth fixing or should I look in the papers

So the leak is atf from the power steering. I had no fluid; not as bad as a oil leak but I'm thininking of changing the oil pan gasket anyway when I do my oil change+ coolant change(it has green full flush then Bmw stuff)

I have been thinking of upgrading the springs and shocks to the uuc sachs suspension kit but since I'll have to upgrade the control arms aswell I'll wait till spring and buy oem shocks.$699 +$300

The brakes have to be upgraded before winter so I'm getting the TMS brake package w/ zimmerman cross drilled + ss brake lines(TMS not the uuc ones I want but I don't think it matters)475

The leak will cost about $100 to fix
Headlinner $200
Foglights $75( I will fix that with the m-tech bumper)
