Sweet! I figured it out. Im throwing code 1222. Which is the O2 sensor. Is this why my car idles wierd until the car warms up? Also I thought the engine was supposed to give a code and then stop flashing? My light kept repeating the same code over and over. -Thanks

There's 2 O2 sensors, post and pre cat, be sure you know this before you take one out all willy nilly and find out the OTHER one was actually bad :P
Yes, it could be why it idles all weird since the DME dosn't know how to set the ignition timing perfectly.
I had one go bad and my preformance was *CRAP* until I had it replaced.

I have one o2 sensor since mine is OBD1. OBD2 cars have 2. I changed the o2 sensor and the car still ran funny. My Dad has a friend that works on bmws and he unplugged the MAF sensor and now it runs fine. He is going to try to get me one tommorow.

Why in the world would you unplug your MAF sensor? Are you out of your mind.

I have no idea. The tech that came over did it. It was running like shit, surging and acting weird. The tech unplugged the maf, restarted the car and now it runs great. He said it was only a temp. fix and he would try to get me a knew one tommorow. And no.............Im not out of my mind.
